Another reason Max Brod was no friend to Kafka

If you're like a lot of my friends, you've got a postmortem contingency plan. It doesn't deal with wills; it's about having a living friend beat a fast track to your home or apartment and getting rid of certain things that, despite your being dead, you still wouldn't want the family to see.
Apparently, Franz Kafka didn't have one of those plans. Not only did his friend, Max Brod, not destroy all of Kafka's writing as Kafka wished, but apparently Brod held on to Kafka's porn stash. Apparently, it's going to be published this month.
I'm not sure what's more disturbing--the fact that an academic press is going to reprint early 20th century spank material or that Max Brod kept a dead man's porn.
